'Tiffany Blue' Damask Flower Painting

Okay - So I got so excited about this that I couldn't wait to post until tomorrow! Here is a new item at my shop, 202 Designs! I just finished making this for a custom order, but I think it is cuter than the original, so I thought I would add it to my shop - Take a look!

There are two things that I find myself drawn to in art - all things damask, and all things nature. I decided to make my own art putting these two elements together and I ended up with an amazing painting! I used a rich tiffany blue for the damask pattern and accents in the flower, and then used a background of a neutral tan. The flower uses a warm, dark brown to help it stand out! Over the neutral tan I began painting a damask pattern, then I used a clear paint along with some brown paint to make a semi-translucent flower over top. I couldn't be happier with how this piece turned out!

The canvas measures 20" x 16". Edges are painted as well and staples are hidden in back so this piece is ready to hang upon arrival.

NOTE: This piece will be made upon order. I can use different colors, or make in a different size if you would like!
Please allow for 3 weeks for this painting to arrive after ordering.
